By integrating site-sourced materials directly into the build process, we significantly reduce waste, eliminate the spoilage of excavated soils, and cut down on transport emissions. We enhance these materials with carefully formulated binders and the beneficial reuse of Coal Combustion Residuals (CCRs) to create engineered gravels that meet or exceed stringent performance specifications. The result is a stable, high-performance sub-base with a smaller carbon footprint, improved resilience, and superior long-term durability.
