Ec0TSL is a thin spray liner support product used in block cave mining as a method to enhance safety and productivity.
- Ec0TSL is water based and is supplied in an easy-to-use kit consisting of a blend of powder chemicals, and graded sand with polypropylene fibres.
- The entire contents of the kit are simply mixed together, to form a thixotropic paste that is sprayed onto the prepared rock face.
- The product is a cheaper TSL to what’s out in the market but due to the resistance from mining companies, we don’t envisage it to be a big seller immediately after launching.
- The Department of Mineral Resources have been advocating TSL products and what sets our product apart is that we don’t use any polymer.
